Problem

Buying property in Greece is a leap of faith: data on neighborhoods, market trends and pricing is scattered, unreliable or unavailable.

Without clear information, buyers stall, second-guess and often walk away from purchases they would otherwise have made.

Role & team

This was a two-month external collaboration in June and July 2024. I worked with the product manager, outside the development team.

I designed everything from scratch, from the input page to the results, as a sub-product of the main platform.

Approach

I reused Prosperty’s existing colors and text styles and extended them for data visualization.

There was no testing: the company built the MVP to validate the need.

Challenge

The hardest part was grouping and structuring the data, and choosing the right visual in some cases. Too much data overwhelms and too little loses credibility.

Solution

Users enter a location or a specific property and get a tailored marketability report: demographics, land use, market highlights, pricing trends and price per square meter by floor and property type.

Clear, accessible data that turns uncertainty into confidence.
